City of New Braunfels Edgewater, Elizabeth, Country Club, Allen and Chicago Street Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Project

The project included the design and construction administration for the removal and upsize replacement of approximately 4,170-ft of sanitary sewer line and 3,800-ft of water line in an existing fully developed residential area adjacent to the environmentally sensitive Comal Springs. Urban Civil prepared plans and managed the reconstruction of approximately 1,800 feet of street section to include all curb, gutter and driveway approaches. In addition to the water, sewer and street reconstruction, the project required the mill and overlay of 3,800-ft of street section. The project required coordination with the adjacent homeowners, NBU Staff, the City of New Braunfels and other utility providers.
