Urban Civil provided an overall master planning effort to include zoning, platting, TxDOT permitting, TCEQ approval, FEMA flood plain analysis and utility connections for an overall master plan project consisting of 343 large residential lots over a 252-acre tract.  Urban Civil also completed several units within the overall subdivision.  The individual units were subject to the Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone rules requiring the completion and approval of an overall TCEQ Watershed Pollution Abatement Plan (WPAP) and individual Sewage Collection System applications.  The improvement drawings for the individual units met the minimum City of New Braunfels drainage and improvement criteria, NBU connection policies and TxDOT permitting requirements.
