Urban Civil was selected as the site civil designer for the construction of a 4,760-sq ft strip center on an existing four-acre site.  Urban Civil prepared construction plans, drainage analysis, and water network analysis for the strip center building.  The work included meeting all TDLR ADA requirements, CONB Building Requirements, NBU Connection Policy and TxDOT Permitting.
