Urban Civil provided preliminary master plan and final design services for a 22-acre church and children’s center campus. The project consisted of all site, drainage, water and sewer work to support the construction of a multi-story 45,000-sq ft educational facility.  SGI completed construction plans for a first phase expansion on the children’s center to include the full build out water quality detention ponds, storm drains and lift station along with a force main.  The storm drain system included 280-ft of 54-inch storm drain.  Both the water quality pond and on-site lift station and associated force main (1,160-ft) and trunk line (2,262-ft) required review and approval by TCEQ.  Urban Civil performed master drainage, grading and utility plan; Phase 1 design plans to include dimensional plan, grading and drainage plan, erosion and sediment control plan, site details, WPAP, project meetings, off-site drainage easement for discharge point of detention pond, including topography, legal description and survey plat; offsite sanitary sewer outfall, schematic, includes locating existing manhole and preliminary layout.
